• Assessment of weather, daylight, landing and sea-state constraints
• Identification and confirmation of a receiving facility with the required capability
• Direct clinical handover to the receiving medical team

In-transit care

• Medical escort matched to the patient's clinical needs
• Preparation of monitoring equipment and medication for the journey

Coordination and follow-through

• Single point of contact between site, transport provider, hospital and client management
• Regular status updates to the employer
• Repatriation guidance where the patient is away from home
• Clinical documentation for insurance, statutory reporting and investigation
